We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Topsheets: Like new condition. These skis were mounted with bindings as demos but were never used on snow. The only signs of wear are from storage and transport.
Bases: Bases and edges are like new. These skis have never been used on snow, but may have faint scratches from simply existing in the world. They still have the factory tune, and are ready for snow.

Our Take:
Finding that perfect balance of power and play in your powder ski is a tough thing to find, but Blizzard is up for the task. The redesigned Blizzard Sheeva 11 fits the bill. With the all-new, Flux Form partial metal shape, you have extra rigidity running all the way through the tip and tail. The new design allows you to have metal (i.e. power and stability) where you need it, while keeping the ski less torsionally rigid (i.e. more energetic and playful). The women's specific design includes a fiberglass plate underfoot that contains more energy and is easier to flex into than the solid metal plate underfoot in the men's Rustler. Your gender doesn't matter–it's just a matter of what you're looking for. The Sheeva hits more of a "playful charger" feeling, while the men's Rustler sits more in the "chargey charger" category. With freeride rocker in the tip and tail, the Blizzard Sheeva 11 still likes to slash and pivot, perfect for navigating steeps or trees. The versatile shape and construction lends the Sheeva 11 to being an entry level powder ski for stoked, progressing intermediates, all the way to seasoned experts (see Caite Zeliff) who value a playful ride that holds up to aggressive skiing.
