- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it. Buying a gift? Don’t worry: our return window is extended around the holidays.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The Rustler 10 and 11 became instant shop favorites last winter, with their delectable balance of power and playfulness. That's why we had a proper fight over who would get to test out the new, skinnier Rustler 9 at Copper Mountain in February. I won, of course, because I'm strongest and bravest. And I wasn't disappointed. The Rustler 9 is a perfect complement to its fatter brothers, with more edge-to-edge quickness and groomed snow precision in exchange for giving up a little float in deeper snow. It holds an edge with the best in its category, and is more nimble than the other Rustlers in tight spaces. Out West here, it's more of a frontside ski--but the Rustler 9 will be a perfect daily driver on the East Coast and Midwest. Just don't try to fight me for it.

Ah the Rustler, the mighty Rustler. Some call it the Swiss Army Knife of skis, others call it the Jack of All Trades, and still others call it…Whatever you call it, the Rustler series has stayed atop the all-mountain, freeride ski rankings for years, and for good reason: they do everything. With an updated, more durable topsheet, the narrowest of the Rustlers comes back to us otherwise unchanged for 2023. Updated last year with Blizzard’s TruBlend Woodcore technology, the Rustler 9 is built with metal underfoot, providing stability and torsional rigidity where you need it, but tapers to carbon towards the tip and tail, providing buttery smoothness in the front and back. Of the Rustler skis, the 9 is the most optimized for frontside prowess, while still skiing playfully in powder. It’s an excellent bump ski, with a nimble design that makes it quick edge-to-edge, and the want to make snappy carved turns. Just about anyone can ski this ski. Beginner skier still cruising on the greens? Rustler. Intermediate skier venturing into the trees? Rustler. Expert skier crushing chutes and steeps? Rustler. Just keep Rustling.
