This Ski Is A Staff Favorite:
Last year, I bought a different 102mm ski, and although it will always be my first love, the Hustle 10 just may be my soulmate. I am not a great tree skier, but these skis make me look like I actually know what I'm doing. They are soft, but not too soft, and turn on a dime. They are light enough to hike with, but not so light that they feel messy on the downhill. I've taken these all over Colorado, and I'm oh so impressed. This ski hypes me up everytime I get on it. Do I need another 102mm twin tip? No. Will I be buying this ski anyways? You betcha.

The new Hustle series of skis enters Blizzard in the lightweight freeride game. The Hustle 10, at 102mm underfoot, mirrors the shape of the bestselling Rustler 10 and retains a lot of its versatility and skiability. If, like us, you are bummed Blizzard didn’t go “full send” and call these skis “Hustler,” we recommend a sharpie or an R die-cut sticker. But that’s neither here nor there. The Hustle 10 aims to nail the balance between light weight (for the skintrack) and performance (for the descent). To do so, Blizzard leaves the metal out and instead builds in a carbon sheet underfoot. The skis include three types of wood in the core, arranged to maximize both stability and maneuverability. That’s the gist for all the skis with TruBlend, but Blizzard took the extra step of specially tailoring this TruBlend to the Hustle skis. As a result, the Hustle 10 has legit appeal for people who want to tour but don’t care enough about weight to spring for the Zero G collection. You could pair these skis with a hybrid touring binding like the Salomon Shift or Duke PT, or you could opt to shed weight from the setup by choosing a tech binding and lightweight touring boot. Either way, you’ll not only be a genius—you’ll be a Hustler.
