The Blizzard Black Pearl 94 is nimble, lively, and predictable, and lets me ski as fast as I want. You could say, it's my dream frontside ski. I like skis on the wider side, and the Black Pearl 94 perfectly fits into my quiver as a narrower all-mountain ski that focuses on firm snow performance. The extended effective edge provides serious confidence when skiing fast on firm snow. I feel fully capable to open up my turns more and dig deeper to ski harder and lay deeper trenches. It's lively entering and exiting turns, and more fun at slower speeds than I expected for when I'm cruising with a big crew. She's happy to explore the trees, and zippers through bump lines like nobody's business. I'd encourage any lady shredder who likes a little energy in their ski, but doesn't want to be held to a speed limit, to hop on the new Black Pearl 94. It's probably my favorite Black Pearl yet.

When it comes to women's all-mountain skis, you'd have to be living in a snow cave the last few years not to have heard of the Black Pearl series. The Blizzard Black Pearl 94 is the most versatile for all-mountain conditions as the widest sister in the series. From groomers to back bowls, the Black Pearl 94 is engineered to handle wherever you're skiing on the mountain that day.
The old Black Pearl 97 felt disconnected from the rest of the lineup, whereas the new 94 is very much a continuation of the narrower sister skis. The updated construction includes a new metal sheet split into two layers. That delivers the shock absorption and stability of metal, with a less torsionally rigid platform, keeping the ski lively and easier to ski in tight terrain. Despite getting a little more rocker than her predecessor, the Black Pearl 94 is still decidedly directional in shape. On snow, that translates to superior edge hold and predictability when conditions are firm and for carving hard on groomed terrain. Compared to other metal-infused all-mountain skis, we find the Black Pearl 94 to be more lively and energetic, while still providing the support needed for fast skiing. We recommend the Black Pearl 94 to any lady shredder who likes to ski fast, prioritizes a lively ride, and wants a more directional, frontside-inspired feel in their all-terrain ski.Features:

Topsheets: Very good condition with light scratches on the topsheet surface and minimal light scuffing along the topsheet edges.
Bases: Bases are in very good condition with light scratching and a few deeper (but still minor) scratches. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow.
