- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. After getting an update for 2022, the new Ova Freebird still features the lightweight and accessible design we love, but gets a little more power. From Chamonix to the Green Mountains, the Ova Freebird will excel on and off piste. The Freebird version prefers to jaunt outside the resort for fresh snow. The Ova Freebird has a dynamic 17 meter turning radius and a seductive 85mm waist. Thanks to the short turning radius and narrow waist, this ski is an excellent piste tamer which likes carving with its precise and tight turns. Holder of the single beak profile- flat heel and front rocker, the Ova Freebird is forgiving in soft snow and yet precise on complex terrain.
