Black Crows Camox Birdie Jr Skis

Our Take On The 2024 Black Crows Camox Birdie Jr:

So, here's a story: Black Crows, having observed that there are an awful lot of younger skiers, and lightweight skiers, and beginner/intermediate skiers out in the mountains, decides to build the perfect ski for all of them. They take the playful, nimble, 90mm-wide shape of the beloved Captis/Captis Birdie, and make it a little bit softer, a little bit lighter, and a little more accessible. Job done, they then step back and name it the Camox Birdie Jr for literally no reason. It's not quite a junior ski, and it's a 90mm-wide Captis, not a 97mm-wide Camox. I swear to god I think it was a typo and nobody noticed until the topsheets were printed. That's the only flaw I can find with this ski, however. For skiers who don't need the extra heft of the full-on Captis or Camox, who are looking for a super maneuverable, easy-going ride that cruises, carves, and floats, that search is over. Call it whatever you want, but this is the ski for you.
