- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. It's called the Whitewalker 121 for a reason. The biggest float for the biggest days in the white room. Sammy Carlson's wider pro model, the Whitewalker 121 is more fine-tuned for pow skiing compared to the harder charging 116. The 121 waist delivers massive float to swivel, slash, and stomp forwards, backwards, and sideways in the most epic conditions. The ultralight core means this ski is light enough for big days in the backcountry, while the tout flex with Swivel Tech 3D beveling in the pin tip and tail deliver versatility for everything from charging steeps to buttering pillows. The progressive mount point and shape of the ski makes this best suited for skiers who like to play around, but there's plenty of muscle here to stomp landings, push through funky snow, and all the rest.
