- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The Armada Whitewalker 116 Skis have become something of a cult classic over the past few years. It's not every day that you get a powder ski that some people are putting touring bindings on, and other people are taking through the terrain park. Sammy Carlson's pro model ski truly is something special. With a freestyle-minded forward mount point, pin-shaped tip and tails, a sturdy flex, and Smear Tech 3D beveling, these skis are incredibly well balanced in the air, poised down the fall line, and flowy through open terrain. They're one setup you can trust whether you're bouncing down pillow lines, charging steep faces, or glade hopping through rolling meadows.

Topsheets: Excellent condition with the only wear being light scratches on the topsheet surface and scuffing along the topsheet edges from being used for 5-7 days.
Bases: Bases are in excellent condition with only minimal scratching. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow.
Bindings: This is an adjustable demo binding. Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount.
