- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take:
When Armada brought back the iconic VJJ two years ago, female skiers everywhere let out a collective cheer heard ‘round the globe. Finally! A true, wide, powder ski, made specifically for women! For 2021-22 the ski returns unchanged, except for some fresh new artwork. Armada's lightweight Caruba core makes the ski even MORE responsive and playful, if that's even possible. Smear Tech in the tips keeps you centered in the powder and creates a catch free system if sliding backwards and sideways is typically a part of your day. The deep rocker lines that are integral to any powder ski stay intact on the VJJ, and keep you surfing and whooping all day long. Women finally have a powder slaying tool to attack the white room with, and with it's lightweight layup it can do double time in the backcountry.
