- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.

- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The Atom hoody has been with me through boot-packs, sketchy ridge scrambles, pickleball tournaments, and so much more. For starters, it's warm - but not a sweaty kind of warm. Their Coreloft insulation breathes just enough so you're not dripping by the time you hit the top of the skin track. This piece plays very well with others, throw it on over your base layer or jam it under your shell when its dumping. What is my absolute favorite part of the jacket you might be asking? Easily the arm length. As a tall skier with long arms, I find it very difficult to find layers that fit my 6'7" wingspan. This hoody allowed me to size comfortably without having short arms and a super large midsection, it's truly the perfect year-round layer.

I find myself pulling this out of the closet more often than any other jacket. Softshell, mid-layer, street jacket, take your pick. Surprisingly warm for how light and thin it is. I never find myself too hot in this jacket during high output activities with the mixture of materials in the side panels. Such a versatile piece of kit, Arcteryx really knows how to make durable yet silky material, I am obsessed with this jacket.

As the name suggests, the Arc'teryx Atom Hoody builds a solid foundation for any layering system. Ideal as a mid-layer for cold temperatures where you need to bundle up, but still need something breathable, or as a standalone layer for sunny days. The Coreloft insulation keeps you warm on winter days, and retains warmth even with wet. The jacket fits smoothly and comfortably under shell jackets as a mid-layer, or standalone for sunnier days. Light, soft Tyono fabric provides breathability that's necessary for skiing, while a DWR finish keeps moisture from seeping in. For higher exertion or warmer weather, the smooth-faced, air permeable fleece stretch side panels allow heat to escape quickly. When the weather takes a turn, pop up the adjustable, insulated, low profile StormHood to keep snow/rain out. Looking for a more breathable jacket for higher output activities? We recommend the Proton Hoody.
