All-Mountain Skis

Volkl Mantra 88

The Mantra 88, formerly known as the Kendo, is consistently one of the most highly rated skis in the narrow all-mountain category. It’s got a stiff and fairly heavy construction, with a traditional and directional shape that loves to rail carves. But, with a unique sidecut design, this ski actually feels like you can play with your turn shapes. The Mantra is happy exploring long radius turns just as much as it wants to rip some short radius carves. We love this ski as an absolute all-condition weapon out East, along with an addition to Western skiers’ quivers for frontside ripping. From $599

Atomic Maverick 88 Ti

The Maverick 88 Ti serves as a lighter alternative to many heavy metal frontside skis. To be sure, it has metal in it. But Atomic keeps this ski pretty lightweight, especially the front of the ski so the energy it takes to move the ski around doesn’t wear you out as much. The ski is still directional with little rocker at the tail, giving you plenty of edge grip for firm snow conditions. We think it’s perfect for folks looking for a nimble ski that can rip a turn before you think about it. From $309

Armada ARW 94

Arguably one of the most fun skis of the last few seasons, Armada nailed all-mountain joy with the ARV/ARW 94. Using Armada’s freestyle rocker, this ski has ample tip and tail rocker to making quick turns no problem. If you like to ski bumps, hit every side hit, and turn the mountain into a playground, this is the ski for you. The healthy camber underfoot delivers a lively and energetic ride, while also giving you solid purchase when conditions might be a little firm. From $279

Volkl M7 Mantra

The bigger brother to the Mantra 88 mentioned earlier, this is the cult classic OG Mantra. At 96mm underfoot, this gives you a solid platform for pushing through heavy chop and crud. Volkl made some updates to the classic in this 7th generation to help improve the tip stability. You’ll be able to tackle tough conditions with ease, with the whole ski feeling very planted and smooth as it tracks through choppy snow. This is the perfect option for someone who likes a planted ski at all speeds, and can handle aggressive skiing through challenging conditions. From $699

Liberty Origin 96

Another playful alternative to the often charge-y all-mountain category, the Liberty Origin 96 is just a fun ski. It’s easy to ski, but handles speed and pushes through crud and chop handedly. It’s maneuverable, intuitive, and easy to turn through in tight terrain. The perfect all-mountain waist width at 96mm is perfect for balancing skiing on firm snow and groomed terrain, while making the most of the snow when it comes around. From $319

Stockli Nela 88

One of the highest performing women’s skis on the market, the Stockli Nela 88 is a stable and smooth ride. The 88mm waist width is agile and quick, making for a responsive ride that will get on edge as soon as you need it to. Stockli manages to keep the Nela feeling light on the feet, while it feels extremely solid on edge and can push through crud easily. From $579

Big-Mountain + Powder

Nordica Santa Ana 104 Free

Now discontinued and replaced with the Santa Ana 102, we have a select few models left of the old Santa Ana 104 Free. This ski has been a shop favorite among the ladies here, for its balance of easy turning and ability to pivot, while being extremely damp and stable. This thing can push through anything. Refrozen chop, crud, mashed potatoes. And when the powder does come around? For 104mm underfoot, this packs quite the punch. This is an easy choice for strong lady shredders who like a planted and predictable ride, but still want to be able to play around on the mountain a little. From $249

Atomic Bent 110

Designed to be a more digestible daily version of the famous Bent Chetler 120, the Bent 110 is your ticket to playing everywhere on the mountain. Soft, rockered tips with HRZN Tech add easy and quick turning, while a solid backbone and directional shape keep you locked in on groomers. If you like pop, energy, and a playful ride that can be versatile when needed, this is a great buy. Now $469

Kastle FX 106 Ti

The FX106 Ti from Kastle is engineered for skiers who prioritize performance across diverse terrain. It effectively merges the power of their legacy BMX models with the smooth, predictable handling of the FX platform. Expect confident edge hold on firm snow and reliable float in deeper conditions. The ski’s design is optimized for skiers who actively drive their turns, offering a responsive and stable ride in challenging big-mountain environments. From $379

Volkl Revolt 121

When normal just won’t cut it, meet the Revolt 121. This is the ski for those who measure powder in feet, not inches. Mega-wide, mega-playful, and ready to turn the mountain into your personal playground. One of the most loved powder skis at the shop as a heavier alternative to the Bent Chetler, this ski offers a progressive shape with more heft for bashing through crud at the end of the the day. And when the powder is good? A supportive platform inspires you to go for the bigger drop, and the tip rocker and taper are endlessly surfy. From $279
