- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. While the Cochise 105W is one of our favorite do-everything womens boots of all-time, a simple fact remains: Many women want to prioritize backcountry skiing over resort skiing and/or do not mind skiing lightweight equipment in-bounds. Enter the Zero G Tour Scout W, the most high-performance boot on the womens side of the Zero G Tour line. Flexing on the stiffer side at 115 and built with a Grilamid cuff and four-buckle design, the Scout is a real ski boot rather than a dainty toy. It wants you to be able to ski hard after you have worked hard to get to the top of a powder line. It will power your touring skis through all snow types and down all the terrain you love to explore. Keep in mind: If you are a strong skier coming from a 100-110 flex alpine boot, we recommend springing for the 115-flex Zero G Tour Scout.
