- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Refined for the most mountainy mountain environments imaginable, the Edge 88 Tour is a guide-worthy alpine tool. Anyone can build a lightweight touring ski. But leave it to Stockli to build one that reflects exceptional attention to detail (see the specially milled Touring Tail that holds skin clips and never lets them go) along with superior ski-ability. Another crazy-smart detail? Perforations in the bottom titanal layer, which shed more weight but still leave you with metal...something not usually found in the touring skis of today. If you plan to get up to get down, do it like the Swiss.
