Stereo Apex V3 Skis

Our Take On The 2022 Stereo Apex V3:

You might not've heard much about Stereo Skis out of Norway, but don't worry: you will soon. Norwegians basically invented skiing, and they take that winter sports heritage seriously. Since 2008, Stereo has been building premium, high performance skis in a production process that's 100% powered by renewable energy. And now they're ready to make their mark in North America.

The Apex V3 is the star of Stereo's freeride collection: a 100mm-wide, metal-reinforced all-mountain crusher with backbone to spare but a surprisingly playful soul. This width and construction has long been the sweet spot for a big mountain daily driver, and the Apex V3 moves to the head of that class. In short, it's a riot: fast and stable when you want to be, but hyper nimble when things get technical. If you ski back bowls, steep corduroy, tight trees, and big, soft bumps all in the same afternoon, than the Stereo Apex would like a word. Similar skis: Nordica Enforcer 100, Volkl Mantra M6, Black Crows Justis.
