- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take:
As the narrowest in the QST family, the Salomon QST 92 offers the most versatility for those in between days and firm snow skiing. At a quick 92mm underfoot, this is an ideal ski for someone prioritizing easy handling and responsiveness for terrain all over the mountain. Tackling long bump lines becomes easy and breezy, while open bowls and groomers are smooth as butter. Salomon’s C/FX construction (a blend carbon and flax) which keeps the QSTs feeling light on your feet and easy to swing around, without losing any downhill performance. Double sidewall technology improves dampening and edge hold, so despite the more playful shape, you can carve just as much as you want. The Salomon QST 92 is perfect for folks who want a skier on the narrower side that can perform on firm snow and on trail, without being loaded up with heavy metal or ultra-stiff. We find the Salomon QST 92 to work great as a first pair of skis, an addition to the quiver for early and late season fun, or as a playful option out East.
