- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it. Buying a gift? Don’t worry: our return window is extended around the holidays.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The new QST 100 is an onion of a ski. It has many layers. While the ride is incredibly intuitive, maneuverable, damp and an absolute blast, it's easy to forget that what is going on underneath the top sheet is some genius inginuity. Now using a horseshoe shape cork insert along the tip allows the making of the body of the ski to extend to the very tip. This gives more of a damp ride while adding stability. The poplar and karuba wood core mixed with super light bassalt stringers, truly makes this ski an all mountain machine. Perfect for trees, powder, carving, and chop, this ski can do it all. Leveling up from the QST 98, the QST 100 delivers playful performance across the board. Taking the mega fun platform of the QST 98, the Salomon QST 100 focuses on making the ski more symmetrical and ultimately more playful. A more tapered and rockered tail helps you pivot and get the ski sideways easily. Skiing switch becomes a breeze, and zippering bump lines becomes second nature. Salomon knows there are a lot of playful skis in this waist width. But the bread and butter of the QST comes to shine here. With a slightly heavier and more damp ride than some other ~100mm twin-tips, the QST 100 will stay quieter and more smooth when dealing with harsh snow.
