Read all of our Salomon Dancehaul staff reviewsShe's smooth and leads with intention. Approachable, yet she demands attention. The Dancehaul delivers flowy, surfy turns anywhere on the mountain but truly comes alive in powder. If you are after an all mountain directional board this one deserves a look. It can easily be your daily driver. Perfect for groomers, trees and deep days alike. I would even take it off a jump or two. The nose offers easy maneuverability, while the boards holds solid stability at speed. And let's be honest, you can't beat that bright red top sheet!
By: KellyAs a rather large footed 5'11" snowboarder, I have always noticed that on most boards I am just at the point where if I am carving hard on my toe edge, I scrape. My first run on the Dancehaul made me feel like a carving master. Laying down carves at any and all speeds felt incredibly solid and planted. The Dancehaul is the board you ride if you want to lay some trenches on the groomers and also dance off into the trees with ease. The volume shift design made the wider shape feel natural under my feet while not feeiling too sluggish in the air. If you are a more aggressive rider, the softness of this board will be noticed in faster runs, but by no means limit your abilities in any way. Plus, who could complain about the sweet topsheet flames which in my opinion boosts your speeds by twofold.

Where does one go to party? The Dancehaul. The Salomon Dancehaul is a snowboard designed to ride groomers fast, float in powder, and then throw down in the park without blinking an eye. How could one board do so much? The mad scientists over at Salomon built this board with a tapered directional shape for agility. The volume shift design allows you to size down ~5cm without sacrificing performance. That means you get all the float in deep snow you need, with all the maneuverability you want. Salomon loads up the construction with their Popster Core and basalt stringers for snappy ollies and soft landings. Salomon describes this board as adapting to every rider's personal style. Already a favorite among staff with all kinds of styles, we won't argue with that.
