- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it. Buying a gift? Don’t worry: our return window is extended around the holidays.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

Our Take:
Rossignol heard you: a ski so nice, you might as well make it twice. The all-new Rossignol Sender Free 118 builds on the Sender Free 110 that rocked everyone's world last season. It's built on the same chassis as the old Black Ops 118, but with the added Air Tip from the 110. That means while the ski is still a tank and blows through chop and crud like nobody's business, it's a little easier on those legs. The swing weight is lower, and will feel easier to swing around in tight terrain, or after the 30th lap with the crew. The progressive shape and mount point make this ski extremely pivot-y and manuverable. Stiff construction and a straight sidecut mean you can open this ski up in open bowls. The wider waist width is perfect for deep conditions, and the perfect addition to a quiver for stylin' freeriders and playful chargers alike. Similar skis: Black Crows Anima, Nordica Unleashed 114.
