- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The Rossignol Arcade W 88 is a versatile frontside ski engineered to bridge the gap between the frontside and all-mountain. The multipurpose shape and design helps you feel like you can go anywhere at any time. 88mm is a sweet spot for ladies cruising groomers but want some ability to explore, or if you live in a lower snow climate. But the real magic happens on the inside of this ski. Rossignol is known for their super smooth riding skis, and the Arcade W 88 is no exception. This ski is identical to the men's version aside from a slightly shorter metal plate. The VAS and Line Control Tech help dampen vibrations that choppy or harsh snow can pass up to the skier, meaning instead of having your teeth chatter on icy groomers in the morning, you cruise smoothly down the hill like it's brunch with friends. The partial sheet of titanal helps give you just enough power and stability, without making it too stiff or rigid like other skis loaded up with metal. We've become big fans of this ski as a heftier, more stable frontside option that remains intuitive and, most importantly, fun to ski.
