- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

Care Instructions: - - Store your boards inside, away from weather, water, andhumidity when not in use.
- - When playing, it is not recommended to play on concretesurfaces or during harsh weather conditions.
- - Store your boards with care. We recommend hung up on awall with Tornado Hooks (after all, they are works of art!). Ifnot hung up, then back to back. If you store them face toface, put an old towel in between them to prevent scratchingthe clear coat or design.
- - Give the tops a wipe down from time to time, using mildsoap and water or Windex.
- - Your boards are durable and sturdy, but not invincible, if youtake care of them, they will last you forever.
