The Untracked Pants have a soft, supple 3-layer 100% nylon GORE-TEX fabric for unsurpassed windproof and waterproof/breathable performance, a fully-dialed yet refined silhouette and a brushed tricot backer for extra warmth.

Built with unwavering attention to descent-oriented details, our Untracked Pants feature a wonderfully soft, supple (and quiet) 3-layer fabric construction, a fully-dialed yet refined, low-bulk design and unsurpassed windproof and waterproof/breathable performance for riding anywhere, anytime. The premium fabric combines a supple yet resilient 3-layer nylon GORE-TEX fabric for waterproof/breathable and windproof protection with a soft, brushed interior to increase warmth and manage moisture while minimizing bulk. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish prevents saturation and increases abrasion resistance. The highly articulated fit and flexed pattern at the knees allow exceptional mobility and mesh-lined thigh vents with Vislon zippers circulate air to reduce heat buildup. Gaiters with gripper elastic, a snow-shedding nylon liner between the gaiter and interior cuff, and a DWR finish create a tenacious seal for serious postholing. Other features include watertight, coated zippers with slim zip installation to reduce bulk and weight; burly scuff guards; slick taffeta at the waist that glides smoothly over layers; adjustable tabs to fine-tune the fit; an embedded RECCO avalanche rescue reflector; and five zippered pockets: two handwarmers, two thigh pockets and one rear pocket. We can ship some, but not all items beyond the US and Canada. Please see our shipping information here.

Do you offer any kind of warranty?

The skis we sell are in working condition when we get them but if you somehow receive a pair that has a problem then we will offer a full refund. We cannot offer a warranty beyond this.

Holiday Extended Return Period

  • New items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until February 1st (used demo skis are not included)
  • Items falling under this policy must be received back at our warehouse no later than February 15th
  • Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging

How to Return an Item

  • Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
  • Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
    • You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
    • We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
  • Option 3: Use your own shipping label
    • You can ship the item back to us through any major carrier, covering the cost of return shipping yourself
    • Your name and order confirmation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and within the box
    • You will receive a full refund upon receipt

Returning New Items

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $7 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item that you would like to return it.
  • Once an item is in used condition it may not be returned.
    • Once a pair of new skis has been mounted they cannot be returned.
    • Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Returning Demo Skis

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
  • Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

Special Notes for our Canadian & International Customers

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
  • All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns

Manufacturing Defects

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
