- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx

- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Dimensions: 150cm: 295/251/295cm Radius: 150cm: 22m Condition: 7.5/10
Topsheets: Good condition with scratching on the topsheet surface and light scuffing/nicking along the topsheet edges.
Bases: Bases are in good condition with scratching and minimal deeper scratches, as well as a few small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although some scratches are still visible.

Our Take:
You’d have to be a dipshit to not get a Dipstick. Dip into snowboarding euphoria with this beautifully shaped, Original Rocker Camber, true twin, with a softer than mid flex. What makes Original Rocker Camber on a true twin so mesmerizing? It creates an amazing board for all conditions. Huck, jib, carve, and float all over the mountain. Today’s camber is flat. Flat is whack. The Dipstick has twice the camber than most cambered boards out there. Camber in the right spots.
