- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. Line really outdid themselves with the updated Chronics! I had the pleasure of skiing these at the 2024 Powder7 Ski Test, and all I can say is "wow". This years Chronics allow you to turn the entire the mountain into your play ground. The aspen core, coupled with glass in the tip and tail make these super poppy, but more stable than you might imagine. I was able to get moving pretty fast, and did not notice excess chatter.

Where you will really fall in love with these is on the side hits. They pop almost effortlessly. These felt like a cheat code when making small transfers and quick turns all over the mountain.
My overall take: I don't enjoy not owning these.Our Take:
If you view the entire mountain with a freestyle vision, the Line Chronic 101 should be high on your list as a new daily driver. The Chronic has always remained a number-one all-mountain freestyle ski, and the new improvements only build on its rad-ness. New Thin Tip technology includes an extra layer of glass instead of plastic at the tip and tail. Glass bonds better to glue, allowing for a more durable construction that's simultaneously lighter and easier to swing around. Line's new Bio-Resin is more sustainable and cleaner than traditional toxic epoxies. Not to mention a reinforced sidewall, just in case you misjudge where the rock is on the landing (we've all been there). Top it off with a playful flex, versatile shape, and sick graphic, the Line Chronic 101 can be the perfect match for playful skiers across the spectrum. Whether that�s dreaming up a new spin of your favorite feature, skiing fresh snow in the morning with afternoon park laps, or lining up bump line transfers with the buds, the Line Chronic 101 is here for all of it.
