Our Take:

Designed in collaboration with Cody Townsend, the all new Le Send Cody Townsend Socks are the first ever touring specific snow sock. After one too many long tours that ended in cold feet and lots of blisters, Cody partnered with Le Bent to design one heck of a sock. For optimized warmth, Le Bent added extra thickness in the toe box and uses a Ghost Seam to prevent blisters. Instep support provides a snug, secure fit with your boots, while an ankle band provides support for twisting and turning. Keep the socks situated in one place for the longevity of your tour with the silicone sock lock around the calf and the silicone heel lock. The Signature Blend of merino wool and rayon coupled with mesh ventilation maximize breathability, regulating your body temperature so your feet stay warm in colder temperatures and cool as you work up a sweat.

How to Return an Item

  • Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
  • Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
    • You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
    • We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
  • Option 3: Use your own shipping label
    • You can ship the item back to us through any major carrier, covering the cost of return shipping yourself
    • Your name and order confirmation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and within the box
    • You will receive a full refund upon receipt

Returning New Items

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $7 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
  • Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
    • Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

Returning New Ski Boots

  • Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
    • Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
  • We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

Returning Demo Skis and Other Used Gear

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
  • Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
  • Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned

Special Notes for our Canadian & International Customers

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
  • All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns

Manufacturing Defects

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
