- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The all-new Lange Shadow 120 LV offers skiers a powerful package that makes their skiing more effective, fits snugly with a heel pocket that won't let you wiggle around, and looks like it's from space. The new Shadow series brings a new level of innovation to the traditional two-piece style ski boot, with the new Dual Pivot and Suspension Blade tech. The Dual Pivot might remind you of beefy suspension on mountain bikes, and you wouldn't be far off. In sum, the new design delivers more power, and a smoother ride, with less effort. The same amount of power and force you normally deliver to a ski amplifies and is more easily distributed to a wider area of the ski. That means more power to flex the ski consistently, no matter what sticky terrain you might find yourself in. And that means better ski performance, letting you ski like the rock star you are. The Suspension Blade on the spine of the boot better connects the upper and lower shell for better power transfer, more consistent flex, and you guessed it, better suspension. The low-volume shell design supports a snug and performance fit, with a redesigned heel pocket that harkens back to OG Lange RX and RS models. If you've gotten along with previous Lange RX LV fits, you and the Lange Shadow LV should get along swimmingly. The Lange Shadow 120 LV offers stoked skiers a "traditional downhill boot" that finally breaks the mold of what technology that style of boot offers. We can ship some, but not all items beyond the US and Canada. Please see our shipping information here.

The skis we sell are in working condition when we get them but if you somehow receive a pair that has a problem then we will offer a full refund. We cannot offer a warranty beyond this.
