- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Kastle releases a brand new line of women's skis this season, with the Kastle Marble 84 right in the middle. The most versatile of the bunch, the Marble 84 hits a super sweet spot for many lady shredders. The tip rocker allows for easy turn initiation and gives you a little bit of float in soft snow, while the flat and squared-off tail holds an edge on firm snow. Titanal reinforcement and an agile waist width keep things steady and stable even when the snow is less than confidence inspiring. Kastle's iconic Hollowtech tip keeps the swing weight low, letting the rider flick the ski around easily, and keeps legs feeling fresher for longer. That means fewer pit stops for breaks and more time skiing. Equally great for women mostly cruising the frontside out West, or as a do-it-all all-mountain ski out East, the Marble 84 is just happy to join you for the ride.

Topsheets: Good condition with scratching on the topsheet surface and light scuffing/nicking along the topsheet edges.
Bases: Bases are in good condition with scratching and minimal deeper scratches, as well as a few small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although some scratches are still visible.
Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount. Please Note: Skis have had base repairs done to them.These skis were checked and listed by George
