- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The Icelantic Riveter 85 is back for the new season to bring a dash of freeride flavor to the frontside. The Riveter skis are designed to thread the needle between the demands of frontside carving and off-trail versatility. The 85, the narrowest of the Riveter line, wants to make heroes out of aspiring freeride skiers. Sound like you (or your daughter, niece, or second cousin)? With tapered tips and playful rocker lines, the Riveter 85 allows easy turn initiation. There's a splash of tail rocker to help keep the ski easy to release in bumps and trees, while the shape is still decidedly directional with a more traditional shape. Get them in soft snow, and you're guaranteed to have fun. But, at 85mm underfoot, the Riveter 85 also carves surprisingly well for a ski with no metal and a relatively soft flex. That means ladies out East or in the West get an all-mountain ski built from Icelantic's fun-oriented freeride bloodline that wont let them down. If quick turns and an agile ride that feels intuitive is your top priority, the Riveter 85 is worth a solid look.
