- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. Think of a park ski. Then, make it giant. That's the Head Oblivion 116. The Oblivion 116 takes a nearly symmetrical twin-tip design and combines it with a stiff flex and large platform to make big-powder-freestyle its own ski category. When you see the Head Oblivion 116 in person, you'll notice it is the perfect stomp pad for big landings. The minimally tapered shape and eye-catching straight sidecut help the ski track well through tough snow when skiing fast. The construction features several carbon layers for dampening and stability. That means the biggest cliff at your local hill turns into child's play, and you can ride that landing out into the sunset without fear of choppy or variable snow catching you on the way down. Oh, and did we mention the weight? Barely hitting 2000 grams, the Head Oblivion is light and easy to flick around in the air--especially for its size. Head's aptly named "Tuff-Wall" sidewall design increased durability for tough landings. Good news for our friends who have a habit of breaking skis from "just skiing along". So go ahead. Whip a cork 420 off a 50 footer. This is the ski to have if those are what your dreams are made of.
