- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Can you say fun? We have one of these mounted as a shop demo and we can't get enough of it. I tried it on a spring day and it was terrifying the first couple of runs and then I started getting the hang of it and was loving this thing. By the end of the day I was carving down blacks and having a ripping time. If you want to add some excitement to your quiver, then this is one way to do it.

The Mono is what happened when you went to an '80s ski party with a horseshoe stache, neon ski suit, and Pit Vipers and did some online shopping from your phone between Jello shots. OR, you could be a stone-sober badass with a true appreciation for the genuine things in life and a motive to never let them die. Either way, buying the Mono means you a) will instantly be everyone's favorite skier, b) will have to fend off scads of gawking gringos who want an Instagram picture with you, and c) will cement yourself as a Powder7 legend. Side note, you could also have about 30 new best friends. But we won't be pushy. Like most worthwhile subtleties in life, if you have to ask too many questions about it, the Mono may not be right for you. If you take one look and feel like you can't live without it, this classic monoski is made for you.
