The Faction Dancer 79 skis were love at first lap for me. As someone who does not have a formal ski background (i.e. growing up racing or doing any teams, I learned to ski as an adult) and who's been looking for a skinny frontside carving ski these were right up my alley. Take the playful DNA inherit to Faction, put it in a 79mm waist width with two thin sheets of metal and you've got a pocket rocket that's ready to lay some trenches but won't whoop you while you're at it. They're fun, they're strong, and they look good while doing it. A note on length. At 6'0" in my ski boots I went with the 178cm length where usually I'm on 184-186cm more freeride and twin tip shaped skis.
