- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

Bases: Bases are in outstanding condition with hardly a scratch to be found. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow. Please note, bindings are mounted to fit an approximate boot sole length range of 265mm-308mm Bindings can be remounted upon request.
