- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Which is why it's incredibly important to be prepared on every backcountry excursion. Dakine's Heli Pro 24L pack helps you get to the top and ski down with all of your safety equipment tucked away in convenient places. Store your beacon, probe, and shovel in a pocket that organizes each to make access easy and quick. For the 2021 ski season, Dakine made the fleece lined goggle pocket bigger, giving you more space to store any goggle. The helmet carry system is also now deployable, which makes it easier and quicker to access your helmet in dire situations. The padded hipbelt and backpanel provide comfort and release strain on your back when lugging all of your gear. We hope you never have to use it, but just in case, a rescue whistle is easily accessible on the sternum strap. For a smaller pack designed to hold a hydration system, take a look at the Heli Pro 20L or the Heli Pro 12L.
