Our Take On The 2024 Blizzard Thunderbird R13:

The Thunderbird collection has been specifically designed around two fundamental concepts: First, is to deliver the highest level of on-piste performance that is extremely accessible. Second, is the ability to choose models based on turn shape. These two concepts combined give the customer the ultimate confidence and freedom to carve or cruise and ski fast or slow with the complete versatility of turn shape on any groomed piste. The Thunderbird R13 features Blizzard's TrueBlend Woodcore Piste, which combines beech and poplar wood stringers to create one core with three different areas of density to precisely control the ski's flex pattern. Add in Active Carbon Armor, which helps to dampen vibrations and enhance rebound, along with Duramax topsheet construction that protects from scratches and chips and you get a ski that carves like a dream and looks like a rocket ship.
