- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our Take:
The Blizzard Firebird HRC is ready to blast off, whenever and wherever you want. With a multi-radius sidecut and plenty of World Cup race technology, the HRC offers skiers the precision, stability, and energy you expect from a high performance carving but with the versatility to carve turns in a wider range of shapes than the SRC or WRC versions. On the inside, you'll get Blizzard's Trueblend Race wood core, which blends different densities of wood to create a balanced flex that/s stiff and supportive where you need it, but not so rigid and planky. This provides easier handling while increasing performance. But have no fear: this ski is juiced up with not one or two, but three sheets of titanal for torsional rigidity and dampening at high speeds. This version is paired with the Race Plate Pro, which offers the same performance as the World Cup Piston plate, but is 10% softer, requiring a little less work for those wanting race precision with everyday usability. If you don't like to be put in a box with your carving style, and rip tight slalom turns along with longer GS style arcs, the Blizzard Firebird HRC is for you.
