- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. The Black Crows Draco Freebird is the newest crow to join the lineup. At 110mm underfoot, the Draco floats and slices through deep snow. Plenty of freeride rocker lets you easily pivot and whip a turn when you need to, especially in sticky situations. The long turn radius ensures stability at speed, and glass/carbon reinforcements dampen things no matter how fast you send the line. Or, if snow is less than ideal, you get confidence inspiring stability to keep skiing the way you want to. All in a package that won't break your back on the boot pack up. The good news? The Black Crows Draco Freebird will help you send around the world, not just Chamonix.

Topsheets: Excellent condition with light superficial scratches on the topsheet surface and faint scuffing along the topsheet edges from being used approximately 10 days.
Bases: Bases are in good condition with scratching and minimal deeper scratches, as well as a few small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although some scratches are still visible.
Bindings: This is an adjustable demo binding. Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount.
