- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The Black Crows Camox Freebird are my go-to touring ski for those days that aren't as deep in the backcountry. These skis are so lightweight, they offer some forgiveness on the skin track as you get back into touring shape. On the way down, the Camox Freebirds maintain the playful, poppy energy that the original Camox ski is know for. A fun choice for the variable snowpack in Colorado, with a great uphill performance, the Camox Freebird is great way to go!

Sometimes even the classics need an upgrade. The Black Crows Camox Freebird holds the gold standard as an all-terrain touring ski that handles the wild variety of conditions we find in the backcountry with ease. With a new construction for the 2022-2023 season, the best just keeps getting better. Featuring a slightly narrower waist at 95mm and lighter than previous models, the Camox Freebird is equally comfortable finding flotation in soft snow, as it is moving from edge to edge quickly in variable conditions. With a light swing weight and a healthy amount of rocker in the tip and a little tail rocker behind you to keep things more playful, the Camox Freebird feels easy to navigate tight trees and steep chutes. Camber underfoot means there’s still plenty of edge to bite into that weird wind affected or refrozen sastrugi snow. Truly a touring ski you can do it all with, the Camox Freebird is just as much fun midwinter hunting for powder, as it is in the spring on those longer missions. Hitting a lightweight, but not milligram counting, sub 3000 grams in a 178cm, you get a smooth riding and playful touring ski that gets you going back up for lap after lap. Not for the uphill fitness, but so you can go down one, more, time.
