- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Dedicated new construction inspired by World Cup race skis but built for the next generation, this ski has shock-absorbing Revoshock, which makes for a smooth, cushioned line thanks to its impact-absorbing steel inserts. Plus, Carbon Boost adds a dose of acceleration to your turn exit thanks to a stiff carbon insert beneath your heel. The Icon binding interface ensures quick reaction times from edge to edge and full sidewall extends the length of the ski for exact steering. Bindings: This is an adjustable demo binding. Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount. Please Note: These bindings are not GripWalk compatible. These bindings are only compatible with Alpine Sole Blocks.
