- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Our Take:
If tearing up the front side, but not tearing up your legs sounds fun to you, then the Reliance 82 C has your name on it. A toned down version of it's big sister, the 82 Ti, the Reliance 82 C trades out the titanal banding for woven carbon stringers giving you a more playful and lively feel as you rip from edge to edge. A lighter weight chassis provides a more forgiving and approachable ride, and the full-length AR100 sidewall and 2.1 all mountain edge ensure you won't sacrifice the characteristic durability, tenacious edge hold, and high-speed performance that are trademarks of the Reliance Series skis.
