- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

The Reliance 82 C has an appetite for devouring groomers with identical precision-carving dimensions to its sibling, the 82 Ti, but it trades out Titanal Banding for Woven Carbon Stringers. The switch to carbon gives the ski more playful pop and a livelier feel as you snap off turns from edge to edge. A lighter weight chassis provides a more forgiving and approachable ride, and the full-length AR100 Sidewall and 2.1 All Mountain Edge ensure you won’t sacrifice the characteristic durability, tenacious edge hold and high-speed performance that are trademarks of the Reliance Series skis.

Topsheets: Good condition with scratching on the topsheet surface and several nicks along the topsheet edges, especially at the tips and tails.
Bases: Bases are in good condition with scratching and minimal deeper scratches, as well as a few small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although some scratches are still visible.
Bindings: This is an adjustable demo binding. Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount.
