- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.

- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Never have they ever dabbled in ski boots, until now. The Armada AR One 130 MV offers a unique set of features and blends their favorite features from three-piece style boots to overlap boots. Armada wanted to make heel hold and a progressive flex a priority in this boot, and boy oh boy, did they succeed. The most obvious contributor to this is the slingshot buckle over the instep. By having two connection points, the buckle levels up the amount of torque you can pull, giving you more bang for the buck(le). That holds your heel back and more solidly in the boot, no matter the conditions you're running into. The three-piece style and interior design deliver you one of the smoothest progressive flexes we've felt. Other spicy features include an adjustable forward lean with three settings, PowerShift spine pins, cuff alignment, and a fully heat moldable shell and liner. All with bootfitter-friendly features. Your bootfitter's favorite new boot on the market. That means it should probably be your favorite boot, too.
