- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The Armada Edollo 91 delivers freestyle performance for folks who need a little extra chops. A stiffer tail and underfoot helps support landings and give you a little extra oompf for when you're holding carves on firm snow. The Edollo 91 is the evolution of the ever-popular Edollo, with tweaks directed by Henrik Harlaut himself. A narrower waist width helps the ski move more quickly from edge to edge. The addition of w3dgewall sidewall tech delivers bomber durability. Less rocker and a smidge more rigidity than the Kimbo, the Edollo is perfect for the skier who likes a stiffer ski, but still needs to butter, smear, and spin all the same.
