Armada Antimatter 100 Skis

Our Take On The 2027 Armada Antimatter 100:

If you find yourself sitting somewhere between playful slashing and charging the fall-line, Armada has a new ski for you. The Armada Antimatter 100 is the latest in metal freeride from the freeskiing brand. With a dark punk rock look and feel, the Antimatter hosts a far more directional shape than you'll find on their freestyle-inspired ARV series. Partial metal layers provide the right amount of rigidity while remaining compliant at slower speeds. Compared to the old Declivity series, the Antimatter rides much more "close to the snow", with a low center of gravity that feels like it prefers to drift and slarve rather than rebound from turn to turn. Armada uses their "speedmetal" design to give you power where you need it and keep it loose where you don't. The metal is tapered at the tip and tail, transitioning to full width toward the middle of the ski, then tapering back down right underfoot. That gives you power and torsional rigidity right where you need it most, while keeping the ends pressable and the whole ski from feeling planky. It's a fresh ski for the all-mountain category, and nothing else rides quite like it.
