For the women who want a soft-snow ski that's equal parts playful and supportive for more aggressive riding, Armada delivers for the lady shredders. The all-new Armada ARW 112 is for the people who color outside the lines, hunt for powder stashes, and spend their days looking for new cliffs to huck themselves off of in new ways. The new Armada ARW 112 takes Armada's latest design trends to their new widest ARV. Replacing a traditional sidewall with "w3dgewall" creates a stronger bond between the sidewall and the core of the ski. On snow, that translates to more torsionally rigidity right underfoot, which means more power and stability when you tilt the ski on edge. So when you're bashing around the back bowls and run into some less-than-ideal-snow, the ARW gives you the extra "grr" you need to push through chop or wind-swept snow conditions. Twin-tip shaping and rocker profiles with abundant camber give you pop and a pivot-y, smeary ride. It's an ARW, after all. We think it's perfect for skiers who want a playful platform, while being a little stiffer underfoot and through the tail than other freestyle skis in this size. The ARW 112 features a Caruba core compared to the ARV 112's Poplar, which is a little lighter.
