2024-2025 Nordica Skis Preview

Revamping a legend.

The Nordica Enforcer and Santa Ana series dominate the versatile “all-mountain” charger scene. With metal constructions and modern shapes, they’ve always been go-to recommendations for folks looking for something supportive in variable all-mountain conditions. The big news this year? An overhaul of the line, with new shapes and constructions. We dive into the details in our Nordica skis 2025 brand preview.

Nordica Skis 2025: First Look

What’s New

Let’s start with the Enforcer series. Nordica’s goal was to retain the stability and power of the Enforcer while making it more fun at slow speeds and unifying their whole all-mountain range.

The new skis feature a tweaked sidecut and tip shape to bring smoother turn initiation and completion, adjusted metal shape (still two sheets, but not quite full width), and increased tail rocker and splay. They’ve also elongated the sidewall to increase performance throughout the ski.

The new Enforcer sizes include the Enforcer 89, 94, 99, and 104. Where the old Enforcer 104 Free featured a different shape, that ski is now out of the lineup and merged with the “regular” Enforcer series. Now every Enforcer has this unified shape. If you’re looking for more playful shaping, check out the Unleashed (you’ll see those below).

The Santa Ana skis get the same updated shape, without much change to the core. Each Santa Ana gets terrain-specific metal again this year. For the uninitiated, TSM is a partial sheet of metal in every Santa Ana that gets narrower the wider the ski gets. The idea is the narrower the ski, the more metal for more stability on hard snow and carving performance. The wider the ski, the more playful. The Santa Ana 104 Free is also no more and moves to the Santa Ana 102 with a more directional shape. The rest of the Santa Ana series includes an 87, 92, and 97.

Other Highlights

The Nordica Unleashed series returns unchanged with a fresh, colorful graphic. Instead of the men’s and women’s lines from previous seasons, this year they go full unisex. The Unleashed 114, 108, and 98 will be offered in a full-size run. The shorter sizes feature slightly thinner cores.

As a refresher, the Unleashed series offers a more twin-tip style with lots of tip and tail splay. These feature Nordica’s terrain-specific metal from the Santa Ana series for a more playful flex. Read our review of the Unleashed 98 here.

Speedmachine boots come with a BOA option. You’ll still get the same great mold as before, just with the convenience and better fit over the instep.

New Nordica HF Pro boot comes in a 100mm last, compared to the wider, normal HF that has a 102mm last.
