- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. By: Georgethe Apostle series from RMU are their more direction all mountain skis compared to their Professor series. Both are just immaculate rides but if you want a more stable, slightly more carvy and stiffer ski, the Apostle is the one for you. Just like the Professor, this ski has a poplar wood core with a beach mount plate for extra stability underfoot. Yet again, the top sheets are unmatched. Whatever they're doing over in Summit County, I don't know but they just can't miss.
