- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The new Nordica Santa Ana 82 is a wicked quick and precise frontside ski for women. If a carving-specific ski sounds a little too committing, the Nordica Santa Ana 82 might just strike the perfect balance for you. With tip rocker and a splash of tail rocker, the Santa Ana 82 gives you more versatility out of the shape of the ski, while simultaneously being easier to turn and engage. A carving ski can be a little more locked into turns, where the Santa Ana 82 will be able to skid and make a turn last minute. At the same time, the extra metal in this ski does wonders to stabilize and have ride smooth and locked in on firm snow. This ski can rip. But it doesn't require it. This makes it great for ladies out East looking for something versatile and high performance on trail, or for Western skiers who don't mind something on the narrower side.
