- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

I also wear these on my ski pants when ski touring. The snap buckle is super easy to use even when I have thicker gloves on. Super happy with this belt, and would recommend to a friend.I've been wearing Arcade Belts for years and absolutely refuse to wear any other belt. I've worn them on ski pants as well as jeans and other regular street clothes and it's the comfiest accessory you'll ever have. I'm a big fan of the stretchy fabric and love that you can throw them in the wash with other clothes to keep it clean. The buckle clip is so much nicer than a regular belt buckle, and especially makes it easy to wear with your ski clothes. Essentially, theres no downside to owning and wearing an arcade belt, and if you don't already have multiple, it's time to give one a try.
