Elan Skis 2027: The First Look
We know the Ripsticks rip, so Elan decided to give us yet another one. With one new Ripstick in town, Elan is keeping the rest of their lineup simple. We dive into the new ski, and get a preview of the classy new graphics for the rest of the Ripstick series.
What’s New

The new Ripstick on the block adds to the mega wildly popular Ripstick Black Edition with a new Ripstick BE 88. With the Ripstick 88 becoming one of our best selling Ripsticks, we know folks are going to love this one.
For the uninitiated, the BE version adds additional carbon for a stiffer platform. It’s identical in the rest of the shape and form, but gives you a bit extra power for quieting vibrations and giving you a higher speed limit. To us, this seems like a great match for the 88, which is a riot to carve and slice and dice bumps. Now, extra dampening will eat firm snow for breakfast, lunch, and apres.
Other Highlights

Carryforward graphics on the Playmaker series and Wingman/Wildcat. With new graphics on the wildly popular Ripsticks. The men’s gets a cool abstract camo detailing, while the women’s gets a little topographic map overlay. It looks quite clean, if you ask us.
