Kastle Skis 2024: The First Look

For the upcoming season, most of Kastle’s premium ski lineup returns unchanged. We’re not complaining—Kastle skis always feel high performance and their current collection serves many skiers well. We are treated to a couple new skis though, with a new addition to the freeride oriented ZX line and a new women’s collection. Let’s dig into the new Kastle skis in 2024.
What’s New
We get a new ZX 92 this year. The ZX series is Kastle’s freeride line, featuring more rocker and softer flexes than their typical ski. We’ve been enjoying the ZX100 and 108 for a few years now, but the ZX 92 will be perfect for budding intermediates looking to explore more of the mountain, or folks who deal with more firm snow.
Kastle also releases the new Terra line for women. The Terra Obsidian 92 shares the same construction and shape as the new ZX 92 and is offered in shorter sizes for smaller skiers.
You’ll also find the piste oriented Quartz 72 and Marble 84, which feature a PU and Titanal reinforced construciton for firm snow ripping.
Other Highlights
The FX 86 Ti, 96, and 106 return unchanged. These skis offer a stiffer flex and more directional feel than the ZX.

The legendary MX skis also return unchanged, along with their lightweight TX touring skis. New graphics on the TXUP, which weighs a bit more but comes in a much lighter price point.
You’ll find some new graphics in the high performing RX 12 carvers.
