To get excited for the upcoming season, we’re going to take a brief look at Arbor Snowboards. We’re really excited about this year’s boards. They look great and the ride is phenomenal. With The System (full rocker with grip tech), the boards ride effortlessly. They grip when you need it and are hook-free the rest of the time. The True Camber boards (we carry the A Frame, the Relapse and the Draft) give reliable edging, no wash-out landings and tons of pop (we talked about the benefits of camber here). Arbor moved its production this year from Austria to Dubai, UAE and with it the boards got even better. Now even the beginner boards have full wood cores. The tip shapes are updated on the Coda, Whiskey, and A Frame to reduce material use, weight, and to spray pow in a different way. To top it off, Arbor won Transworld Snowboarding’s Good Wood award for the Westmark and the Cadence. The redesigned Coda also won Snowboard Canada’s Grade Eh Top Ten Snowboard Awards.
